Argos Town Council members passed the 2020 Salary Ordinance when members met last Wednesday.
Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Mullaney said next year’s ordinance includes pay increases for the majority of town employees.
She also noted that the rates associated with the updated health insurance plan that was previously approved were included in the ordinance in addition to the new life insurance policy which was upped from $25,000 to $75,000.
Mullaney said the rules were suspended during the meeting and the ordinance was approved on all three readings.
