A property at 881 Broadway in Plymouth is undergoing repairs, according to Building Commissioner Keith Hammonds.
A plumber has been hired to work on the pipes there and get the water turned on in order to make the building suitable for renovation and eventual tenants.
City Attorney Sean Surrisi told the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety during a meeting in September that the local owner worked through his attorney to contact the Florida owner of the property on a potential sale. The Florida property owner agreed to purchase the local owner’s share of the property and continue to make improvements there.
It was on the docket for demolition prior to the agreement between the feuding property owners.
