The Marshall County Council and Commissioners will discuss the proposed jail expansion project in a joint session today.
Their meeting will take place at 9 a.m. ET in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room in the Marshall County Building located at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
