The Bremen Town Council considered an interlocal agreement in relation to the Marshall County Crossroads Regional Stellar Communities Designation Initiative.
Bremen Director of Operations Trend Weldy said the agreement is given to all of the governmental units in Marshall County who plan to have projects in the Stellar application. The Town of Bremen has several projects proposed in the project and the town has agreed to provide matching dollars toward the projects. That is all spelled out in the interlocal agreement.
Weldy said the town council approved a similar document last year when Marshall County applied for the Regional Stellar Communities Designation. The council approved this year’s interlocal agreement during their Tuesday afternoon meeting.
