Officials with the Centennial Crossings project in Plymouth continue to work on the infrastructure design on the building sites in order to move forward with the process.
City Attorney Sean Surrisi told the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members Tuesday night that he met with Burke Richeson for an update and said they’re determining which building models will be placed in certain areas of land so they know where the water and sewer lines will be.
Once that is determined, the plans can go to the Technical Review Committee and then to the Planning Commission for final approval of the Planned Unit Development.
Utility Superintendent Donnie Davidson is anticipating what the sewer connections and street improvements may cost to see if there is a way to work those figures into the financing aspect of the bond issuance. That may require some other financial paperwork with Baker Tilly.
Centennial Crossing will be located along Plymouth-Goshen Trail and Randolph Street. The first phase of construction could begin this fall with continuous build beyond that.
The site will offer several single family homes for sale and for rent, as well as a building that will offer multi family housing, duplex units, and senior citizen multi-unit development.
