Work on North Water Tower in Plymouth to Begin in September

The North Water Tower in Plymouth will undergo painting and repair efforts beginning Sept. 3.

Utility Superintendent Donnie Davidson said they will be working with the contractors to mobilize equipment prior to the project’s start right after the Blueberry Festival.

Preliminary exterior work will include some rigging and repairs while crews will do some fabrication work for new safety requirements inside the water tower.

Repairs should take a few weeks to complete.
