The Marshall County Commissioners approved a supplemental agreement with USI Consultants concerning an archaeological find on a terrace of the Yellow River around Bridge No. 73.
A low density prehistoric lithic artifact scatter will require an Environmental Phase II study proposed at a cost of $37,100.
About 80 percent of the additional cost will be reimbursed by INDOT, if approved.
