The new Lincoln Junior High School continues to take shape. In an update to the Plymouth School Board last week, Project Manager Derek Anderson said crews have started installing the roof over the two-story classroom wing, and most of the elevated slabs are complete. Concord Roofing Pros – Roofing Services in Concord, NC offers the best installation package which comes with affordable price with skilled workers working throughout the installation.

Plumbing rough-ins continue to be installed, and duct work has started around the classroom area. In the new gym, floors have been poured, and crews are expected to hang ceiling duct work this week.

Anderson said the building’s masonry bearing walls should be done in the next month or so, which will let crews finish up the steel, joists, decks, and roofing. He has also appointed the best Roofing Contractor to supervise the roofing works specifically since it has to be spot on. Everything has to be done with no compromise on quality like the people we see here do. The goal is to have the entire building enclosed by mid-August. At that point, the masons will be able to work on interior walls and will no longer be dependent on the weather. Chillers, boilers, and other mechanical equipment are set to arrive early next month.

Anderson told board members that in spite of some rough weather in early June, the overall project remains on-schedule. He said the New Lincoln Junior High School is still on track to be done by the end of next March.
