The Culver Town Council considered an ordinance this week pertaining to a supplement to the Code of Ordinances.
The ordinance would revise or add certain sections of the Code of Ordinances based on Indiana Code or make reference to Indiana Code and updates section in accordance with the changes of state law.
The Code of Ordinances was produced by the American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Culver Town Council members approved the first reading of the ordinance, suspended the rules and approved the final two readings to adopt the ordinance.
