The Plymouth City Council members approved paperwork submitted by the Plymouth Plan Commission to move the Centennial Crossing project closer to breaking ground.
Plymouth City Attorney Sean Surrisi explained that the plan commission members found that the preliminary plans follow the requirements set forth in the zoning ordinance for a Planned Unit Development (PUD).
The site will offer several single family homes for sale and for rent, as well as a building that will offer multi family housing, duplex units, and senior citizen multi-unit development.
Centennial Crossing will be located along Plymouth-Goshen Trail and Randolph Street. The first phase of construction could begin this fall with continuous build beyond that.
The Plymouth City Council members approved the certified proposal concerning the Planned Unit Development. Matters now go back to the plan commission members who will do a secondary review of where each building will be constructed on the property.
