The Culver Town Council will meet tonight where they will hold a public hearing concerning tax abatement for The Paddocks.
The Paddocks is the second phase of a housing project following the completion of the Sand Hill Farms workforce housing development project on West Jefferson Street in Culver. “The Paddocks” will feature 48 units of housing in six buildings, including 12 two-bedroom and 36 three-bedroom units. Half of all units will be rent-to-own townhomes while the others will be bedroom units.
The council members will also consider a tax abatement for Elkay and receive updates on projects involved with the Stellar Communities Designation Program.
The Culver Town Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. ET tonight at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street in Culver.
