Bremen residents wanting to get rid of bigger items in their household have a chance to do that during Bremen Trash Days next week.
Bremen Director of Operations Trend Weldy said almost all items will be accepted May 10 and May 11 from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m. both days. Items that normally contain Freon must be free of the substance before it will be accepted in the town’s landfill. Paints will NOT be accepted along with propane tanks and rims from tires.
Bremen residents will be asked to show proof of residency before items may be discarded. The disposal site is on North Marshall Street.
