A municipal building in the Town of Bremen is now equipped with new security equipment.
Bremen Police Chief Brad Kile told the Bremen Town Council members on Monday that he worked with Bremen Public School Superintendent Dr. Jim White to get 28 new cameras for security at the building.
The cameras are situated in the Bremen Town Hall and the Bremen Police Department and Fire Department which share the building on Center Street.
It was $6,000 to purchase the cameras. Labor was provided by Fire Chief Matt Neher and Fire Association Vice President Greg Welborn.
