The John Glenn School Board members approved the purchase of Chromebooks for the incoming Freshman class.
According to Recording Secretary Lisa Sleek, 195 Chromebooks will be purchased for students in the Class of 2023. The school board approved the price at $39,585.
This follows the same practice in last year’s request for computers for the Freshman class. The incoming freshmen will have these computers throughout their high school career and may have an opportunity to buy their computer at the end of their senior year.
