The Marshall County Commissioners will meet today where they will continue a discussion concerning the recent joint session with the Marshall County Council about the Water Task Force Engineering Study. A regional sewer district is being considered to alleviate areas of the county with failing septic tank issues.
The commissioners will also get an update on road operations from Highway Superintendent Jason Peters.
They will also sign an Earth Day Proclamation and receive information on a water flow issue following the removal of the old U.S. 31 bridge.
Maintenance Director Doug Masterson will provide a quarterly report and County Attorney James Clevenger will have a regular report along with Auditor Julie Fox.
The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 9:30 a.m. today in the second floor meeting room of the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
