The John Glenn School Board members approved the purchase of three 78-passenger buses during their meeting Tuesday night.
According to Recording Secretary Lisa Sleek, the board approved a quote from Midwest Transit for three gasoline-powered buses manufactured by IC/Collins $273,079.
The board members also approved a request to replace the chiller, or air conditioning unit, at the North Liberty Elementary School in the amount of $98,800.
