The Culver Town Council members will meet tonight where they will have an update on the upcoming purchase of an aerial fire truck for the Culver-Union Township Fire Department.
The second reading of an ordinance to rezone the Cord Associates LTD property to R-2 will be considered as well as a declaratory resolution for The Paddocks tax abatement. Plans for that property on Cass Street near Cavalier Drive include a proposed daycare facility. It would be built as a quadplex as it would have four separate units, but it would appear like a ranch-style building.
In other business tonight, the town council will also review a request donate a piece of property on Ohio Street and sign a proclamation for Arbor Day.
Updates on the Regional Stellar Communities Designation Program and the Culver Stellar Communities Program will also be given.
