Construction efforts continue on the River Gate South Apartment Complex in Plymouth.
Plymouth City Attorney Sean Surrisi informed the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members on Tuesday that the project is nearing completion.
“As I understand it, they’re shooting to have the whole thing wrapped up, landscaping and all, by sometime in June,” said Surrisi. “They’re continuing to plug away at things. We’re going to have a meeting with the new property manager that’s been hired that’s ramping up the leasing effort later this week. So, things continue to progress.”
Any damage sustained to roads, the walkway or any other city-maintained property is expected to be repaired prior to the closure of the project.
The River Gate South apartment complexes are located at the corner of Lake Street and Michigan Street in Plymouth.
