The Culver Town Council members approved the first reading of an amendment to the Park Department fee ordinance that would include fees for the Damore Amphitheater.
As outlined in the amended ordinance, the Damore Amphitheater could be rented at a rate of $155.15 during the beach season from the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET and $107 during the non-beach season with more flexible hours. The beach season typically runs from the end of May to the beginning of September.
The Damore Amphitheater could be rented for wedding ceremonies or various other activities with electricity included.
This was the only amendment to the ordinance. The ordinance also lists facility rental fees and purposes, concession prices, and beach admission, plus information on parking, grills, scheduling and pier slips.
