A revised ordinance was presented to the Plymouth City Council members last week that deals with the annexation of about 40 acres into the city of Plymouth that is along Plymouth/Goshen Trail and Randolph Street on the north side of Centennial Park.
City Attorney Sean Surrisi said there was an error in the exhibit that accompanies the ordinance.
“We had a new legal description created for just that strip of land north of Plymouth/Goshen Trail that was being excluded from the annexation,” explained Surrisi. “Although we described all of the land in the body of the document, the part that was attached as the exhibit just mentioned the part that we weren’t trying to annex so I got that clarified. The only change here is that exhibit A now reflects that land it’s supposed to.”
Burke Richeson previously appeared before the council members who gave detailed information on a plan for that property that includes the creation of a market rate housing development on that property called Centennial Crossing. It would feature 55 Villaminiums, and a minimum of 220 apartments with one bedroom and one bathroom or two bedrooms and two bathrooms for single families and the senior community.
