The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet tonight where they will open bids for fuel supplies and street materials for 2019. They will also consider a request to bid the Candy Lane storm sewer improvement project.
City Engineer Rick Gaul will have an update on several projects as well as a request from Comcast to work in the right-of-way on N. Michigan Street and a affirm a contract for 2018 Community Crossings projects.
City Attorney Sean Surrisi will have the animal control services agreement with Marshall County Humane Society, Inc. and several residents will present requests, a code violation and a waiver for utilities.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet at 6 p.m. The Plymouth City Council meeting will follow where agreements will be presented for planning services and transportation services for 2019. The first reading of an ordinance that adopts the fee schedules for the Department of Aviation and Department of Parks and Recreation will be heard and four resolutions that deal with transfer of appropriations will be presented for approval.
Both the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and the Plymouth City Council meetings will be held in the council chambers on the second floor of the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street.
