Culver Town Council members are expected to revisit an amended ordinance regulating the use of golf carts and animal-drawn vehicles when they meet at 6:30 p.m. tonight.
In addition to considering the attorney’s contract and a contract with the Visitor’s Center, members are anticipated to take a look at amending an easement agreement with Culver Academies, related the trail project.
Two intergovernmental agreements will also be up for approval. One agreement is between the Town and Union Township for emergency services and the other is with North Bend Township for fire services.
Members will also consider two resolutions; one would allow money to be transferred within departments and funds and the other would authorize funds to utilized specifically for the fire truck purchase as well as the Kline Levee repairs.
The annual anti-nepotism and contracting affidavits must be approved by town officials and ADA and Title VI plan updates will be reviewed.
Officials also announced that Councilwoman Sally Ricciardi, who will be stepping down from her position in 2019, will be recognized at the end of the meeting for serving the Town of Culver for more than a decade.
