Plymouth Man Sentenced on Drug Charge

Bradley Vest

A Plymouth man was sentenced Thursday in Marshall County Superior Court No. 1 after pleading guilty in a plea agreement with the state on a drug charge.

Bradley Vest, 24, admitted in open court that he sold prescription pills to an undercover detective on several occasions. The sales occurred in March and April in 2018 at 11076 Beth Street in Plymouth with an undercover detective with the Marshall County Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team.

Marshall County Prosecutor Nelson Chipman says Judge Robert O. Bowen accepted the plea agreement between the State and defense which called for an eight year sentence in the Indiana Department of Corrections with one year suspended to be served on reporting probation.
