A former Marshall County jailer is accused of sexual misconduct with two female inmates in an incident on July 18, 2017.
Marshall County Police say that 42-year-old Jeffery Allen Price, of Plymouth, was transporting two female inmates from the Marshall County Jail to the Rockville Women’s Prison when acts of sexual misconduct reportedly occurred.
In an interview with police, the inmates allegedly denied having sexual intercourse, but provided details of other alleged sexual acts to which they say they voluntarily participated.
A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department report says an arrest warrant was issued for Price’s arrest. He is charged with two counts of sexual misconduct, a Level 5 Felony. He turned himself into the Marshall County Jail and was later released after posting a $1,500 cash bond.
