As a late addition to the Regional Stellar Communities Designation application, Marshall County municipality and county government officials need to approve an intergovernmental agreement regarding the administration of the Marshall County Crossroads Stellar Communities Initiative.
Each entity involved will have two representatives who will sit on the board who will oversee the administrative functions of the Marshall County Crossroads Stellar Communities Initiative.
County Auditor Julie Fox will serve as the recording secretary of the board and manage the flow of any Stellar funds to the participating communities as necessary.
The Marshall County Commissioners approved the document as presented. Officials in the towns of Argos, Bremen, Bourbon, Culver, Lapaz, and the City of Plymouth will also need to approve a similar document prior to Nov. 7.
