Argos Town Superintendent Discusses Wastewater Plant Projects with Town Council

Argos Town Superintendent Jamie Lindstrom informed the Town Council about some renovation work needed at the Wastewater Treatment Plant when members met last Wednesday.

Lindstrom informed the council that he received a few different bids for some roof work that is needed at the plant. He didn’t provide a specific figure but after reviewing the companies he recommended Kolar Konstruction for the job. He also told the members that there is a stairway project that needs to be done.

Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Mullaney indicated that Lindstrom has received one bid but he’s hoping to get some quotes from different companies in order to compare prices so he can come back to the council with a recommendation of the most capable and financially feasible company for the stairway project.

The council unanimously approved the bid from Kolar Konstruction for the roof work and gave Lindstrom permission to receive more bids for the stairway construction projects.
