A Republican Caucus is set for Tuesday, Aug. 28 for the West Township Board in Marshall County.
Denny Beville stepped down from the position earlier this month. With this caucus, the election board members will need to revise the ballot before it is sent to the vendor for printing.
The precinct committeeman will vote to select a new person in that unexpired term.
Today (Friday) is the last day to file for school board seats and the Lake of the Woods Sewer District seats. Filing must be complete by noon in the Marshall County Clerk’s Office to be considered for the November General Election ballot.
