Plymouth Utility Superintendent Donnie Davidson informed the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members Monday night that the water main extension project on W. Lake Avenue was completed successfully.
“The project went very well,” said Davidson. “It was an eight-inch water main extension. The main intent was to services areas that have already been annexed which included the Autumn Trace property. Bancroft was the contractor on the project and it is in operating. It passed all testing.”
The board members approved the claim for the full dollar amount of the project and it did not exceed the estimated amount. The Mayor was able to sign the substantial completion for the project.
