The Marshall County Commissioners will meet today.
The commissioners will discuss the position of interim superintendent. They previously discussed placing Highway Supervisor Jason Peters into that position as a county engineer has not yet been selected. A pay upgrade would be involved with that position.
Peters will have an update on paving and chip and seal projects and EMA Director Clyde Avery will have a quarterly report and discuss the 2018 EMPG reimbursable grant. Building Commissioner Chuck DeWitt will have an ISO Report and new state mandates. County Attorney Jim Clevenger will present his regular report. The IPEP unemployment claims tracker will also be discussed.
The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 8:30 a.m. today in the second floor meeting room (room 203) in the Marshall County Building at 112 W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth.
