Construction on the River Gate South project at the corner of Michigan Street and Lake Street in Plymouth is progressing.
Marshall County Economic Development Corporation President and CEO Jerry Chavez said hard hat tours will be given at the end of this month and two in July to show all of the major contributors how things are moving forward. He said each floor plan is different and 39 apartments will be completed soon in three different buildings.

This is the first housing development to be constructed in the City of Plymouth in many years.
