The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet tonight where two more sidewalk requests will be brought before the board. Street Superintendent Jim Marquardt previously said the department may not be able to take on any more projects this year, but the board will review the requests. City Engineer Rick Gaul will also have an update on the Laporte Street footbridge project.
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety members will meet at 6 p.m. followed by the Plymouth City Council meeting at 6:30 p.m.
City Attorney Sean Surrisi will discuss deferring the utility fees for the Aquatics Center project, and present the fee ordinance for second and third readings. A resolution regarding police department policies and procedures will be considered as well as CF-1 forms from the Hoosier Racing Tire Corporation.
Clerk-Treasurer Jeanine Xaver will present a determination of excess assessed valuation.
Both the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety and the Plymouth City Council members will meet in the Plymouth Fire Department Meeting Room at 111 N. Center Street in Plymouth.
