The Argos Manufacturing Center is substantially complete.
Marshall County Economic Development Corporation President and CEO Jerry Chavez told the county commissioners last week that a ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled to celebrate the occasion.
“That’s June 6 at 11 a.m.,” explained Chavez. “We’re going to open the doors and give people a chance to see this 50,000 square foot building expandable to 300,000 square feet sitting on 17 acres. It’s a great partnership with the MCEDC, the Town of Argos as well as Regional Cities and our friends at Lake City Bank. They’re carrying the mortgage if you will.”
The Argos Manufacturing Center project broke ground in November of 2017. It is located at 151 Dewey Street, near the corner of West St. and Dewey Street.
