Executive Director for Boys and Girls Club Resigns, Board of Directors Seek Replacement

The Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Marshall County announced that they are searching for a new executive director, following the resignation of Billie Treber.

In a press release, officials said that Treber made the personal decision to pursue the next chapter in her career and that the board sincerely hopes she achieves that perfect work-life balance.

Treber played a critical role in the development and success of the organization and was thanked for her dedication and passion that she’s shown to the youth of Marshall County during her 17-year tenure. The board members stated that each member of Billie’s devoted team will play an integral part as the organization moves forward.

During the transition period over the next few months, board members will remain focused on finding the best individual to lead, while still maintain a stable and effective organization and environment for the county’s kiddos.

In their press release, the board members mentioned that it is due to Billie’s many contributions to building the Club and the team that works there, that they feel confident in their ability to have a successful transition. They said she has placed them in a very strong position for future growth and that they’re hopeful for the next chapter of the Boys and Girls Club.
