Addiction Expert and Recovery Advocate to Speak in Plymouth

The Marshall County Community Corrections staff invites residents to hear a presentation from a nationally acclaimed addiction expert and recovery advocate.

Tim Ryan will deliver a message of hope to those battling addictions. In addition, he will send support to friends and families who are struggling with how drugs are affecting their loved ones.

“An Evening of Hope” is set for Tuesday, May 22 at 6 p.m. in the Plymouth High School Auditorium.

Tim Ryan suffered the effects of using heroin, cocaine and alcohol. He spent seven years in prison for various drug offenses. He will speak of what tools to use to get out of the cycle of using drugs.

Not only will attendees get in on this message of hope, but fellow community members will speak who were also affected by addiction. Local resources will be provided to those seeking help to stop drug and alcohol addiction.
