There were 52 Marshall County residents who cast absentee ballots when walk-in hours were held at three sites on Saturday. According to Marshall County Clerk Deb VanDeMark, 12 residents cast a ballot at the Clerk’s Office while 23 used the satellite site at Culver Town Hall and another 17 voted at Bremen Town Hall.
When you tally up all the walk-in votes that have been cast since absentee voting began on April 10th, 341 voters have submitted ballots at the Clerk’s office and another 40 have utilized the satellite sites, with a grand total of 381 walk-in votes submitted so far.
Additionally, 88 residents have voted by travel board and 76 mail-in ballots have been received.
Absentee voting continues at the Marshall County Clerk’s Office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Voters also have a chance to vote this Saturday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Clerk’s Office, as well as at the town halls in Culver and Bremen.
