The Plymouth City Council members reviewed tax abatement compliance forms for DAC Enterprises and Weir Enterprises last week.
City Attorney Sean Surrisi said everything was complete on the form, but DAC Enterprises officials did not get the paper to the county by the deadline. Surrisi said everything was compliant, but in order to process the tax abatement for payment in 2018 a waiver of non-compliance form needed to be approved. That form was approved with a unanimous vote along with the CF-1 for the business.
The CF-1 form was also approved for Weir Enterprises and Surrisi indicated that everything was compliant with those documents as well.
