The Culver Town Council members will hold two public hearings on Monday, April 30 to discuss the Culver Beach Lodge and Cavalier Park projects.
Town Manager Jonathan Leist said the project scope will be reviewed that night with Shannon McLeod from Priority Project Resources.
“We’ll go over the actual grant application, the plans as they exist currently, which still could be updated before we actually do the project,” said Leist. “We’ll give everyone an idea of what we’d like to do there, what the budgets are and that kind of thing.”
The hearings on April 30 are set for 6:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET at the Culver Town Hall at 200 E. Washington Street.
The second public hearing on the Culver Beach Lodge and Cavalier Park projects is scheduled for Tuesday, May 8. Consultant Mike Reese from The Troyer Group will be at that meeting along with Steve Park from Mosaic Building Solutions.
A public hearing on the Culver Meadows Planned Unit Development on State Road 17 and State Road 10 is also scheduled for May 8.
