The annexation of property north of Bremen for the Southwire industry expansion project is still on track.
Town Attorney Anthony Wagner said the Bremen Town Council may take in two INDOT parcels south of U.S. 6. Negotiations are ongoing on this matter.
Southwire officials have cleared up how utility lines will be run and how electricity will be provided.
Bremen Director of Operations Trend Weldy said in a previous report that five parcels of property may be annexed for the Southwire company. The property is located between U.S. 6 and the town.
