Work on the River Gate South Project has been slow, but City Attorney Sean Surrisi told the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members Tuesday evening that things are being done at the site.
“Things are progressing,” noted Surrisi. “I think they had to pull off the job just because it’s been unworkable conditions for some of the periods. I know last week when it was warmer they were on site. There was more work done on the south bridge abutment, work on the foundations and finishing up on the storm water. Things are progressing there.”
The housing project will consist of three apartment buildings at the corner of Michigan Street and Lake Avenue in Plymouth.
