Plymouth City Council Approves Resolution for Fire Department

Plymouth City Attorney Sean Surrisi presented a resolution to the city council Monday night asking to transfer money so the Plymouth Fire Department can pay for repairs on a tanker truck.

Clerk-Treasurer Jeanine Xaver told the council members that she received a purchase order for the repairs and found that there aren’t sufficient funds in the repair and labor line item within other services in the budget. The resolution allows the transfer of $10,000 from salaries to the repair and labor fund to make the necessary repairs.

The council members unanimously approved the resolution as presented.
