The Town of Bremen is ready to welcome the new ambulance service.
Director of Operations Trend Weldy said Lutheran EMS was awarded the winning bid in August.
“Our EMS building is all done and ready to go on our part,” said Weldy. The new EMS provider will start at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31.”
Lutheran EMS will occupy the newly acquired and remodeled EMS building at 1237 Plymouth Street. The town purchased the building earlier this year to provide a better space for the emergency personnel. The ambulance service shares the building with the food pantry.
