Three people are in custody on check fraud and theft charges from CJ Poly in Plymouth.
An investigation by the Plymouth Police Department reportedly found that a previous employee, Autumn Burnham, created checks without authorization. Burnham, 32, along with 35-year-old Jennifer L. Krueger and 39-year-old Wendy A. Milton allegedly cashed these checks totaling approximately $20,000 at Lake City Bank in Plymouth.
Milton and Krueger were questioned and taken into custody on July 17 on fraud charges. Burnham was interrogated the next day and booked on preliminary charges of check fraud and theft. Burnham faces a cash bond set at $10,000.
