Plymouth Municipal Airport to Move Forward with Concrete Project

The proposed concrete project at the Plymouth Municipal Airport will move forward after funds have been shifted to pay for the project. The project is expected to be as efficient as foundation repair springfield mo, and that would require ample funds.

Airport Manager Dave Lattimer said the concrete project has been in the works for several years.

“It’s the ramp area between the three big buildings,” explained Lattimer. “It’s six inches of concrete with a drain system down the center. The street department superintendent and his concrete crew – his sidewalk crew if you will – agreed to take on this project before they start their sidewalk project this spring.” Expert workers like those from stamped concrete kansas city are necessary to make the project as efficient as it is planned to be.

Lattimer said the work will take approximately two weeks which can be completed even before that by employing the professionals from Jackson Twp NJ.

“This will replace the storm drain system down the center of the ramp area, replace 10 feet of concrete on either side, and the ramp into hangar A. For them to do the work, we have five aircraft we have to get moved out of there and parked somewhere else so that those folks can come and go as necessary.”

As the work is as efficient as stamped concrete chicago, this will complete a third of the needed concrete work for ramps at the airport.

The estimate for the project is $12,300 in material and labor is $9,000. Lattimer asked the council to move the money within the airport’s budget in order to pay for the project. The council did unanimously approve that request.
