KVB Plans Trip to Creation Museum and Ark Encounter

There are still a few spaces available for the Kankakee Valley Broadcasting chartered bus trip to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter in northern Kentucky. The deluxe Royal Excursion motorcoach will depart from the WKVI studios in Knox on Tuesday, Feb. 21 at 9 a.m. and return on the 23rd around 9 p.m.

The trip includes a two-night stay at the Hilton Double Tree Suites, breakfast, two days admission to the Creation Museum and a one-day admission to Ark Encounter, along with lunch at the museum on two days.

Visitors to the Creation Museum can venture through Biblical history, stunning exhibits, botanical gardens, a planetarium, petting zoo and zip line adventure course at the 75,000-square-foot facility in Petersburg, Ky.

Ark Encounter features a full-size Noah’s Ark, built according to the dimensions given in the Bible. It’s 510 feet long, 85 feet wide and 51 feet high. The ark is located in Williamstown, Ky.
