Weather Radio Programming Event Held at Walgreen’s

National Weather ServiceThe Marshall County Emergency Management Agency will be hosting an event designed to put residents in touch with weather information.

A second All Hazard Weather programming event will be held on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until Noon at Walgreen’s in Plymouth. The weather radios allow residents who may not have immediate access emergency weather information through other means a chance to have their device programmed for local emergency information.

The Marshall County EMA also says they will be handing out emergency preparedness kits to those stopping by. Those kits were prepared by a 7th grade class from Lincoln Junior High in Plymouth.

Services being offered are free to the public.
