The Marshall County Commissioners will once again consider an agreement with the City of Plymouth to share the use of the County’s Planning and Inspection Departments.

The agreement came under scrutiny after some members of the commission said the employees responsible for handling the duties were overworked. The City of Plymouth pays the county annually as part of the agreement.

Plymouth City Attorney Sean Surrisi approached the commissioners at their previous meeting about the matter, but it was ultimately taken under advisement for further consideration.

During their Monday morning meeting, the Commissioners will also consider appointing a slew of representatives to nine different boards, commissions, and committees.

Today’s meeting beings at 9:30 a.m. at the Marshall County Building.
