Plymouth Couple Arrested Following DCS Report

A Plymouth couple faces charges following a police investigation prompted by a complaint to the Department of Child Services. The agency contacted the Plymouth Police Department last month about unfit living conditions at a home in the 1600 block of North Michigan Street.

A detective from the Plymouth Police Department visited the residence. His report indicates the home was filthy, infested with cockroaches and smelled bad. A report was submitted to the Marshall County Prosecutor. Last Friday Kennith Driver, 36, was arrested. Yesterday Emily Graves, 35, was arrested. They are each charged with four counts of neglect of a dependent.
