A couple of different projects in the Town of Argos are free to commence now that some preliminary matters have been handled. Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Mullaney said that at last Wednesday’s meeting, Town Attorney Derek Jones informed council members about some paperwork that had been finalized.
She explained, “He got the easements signed for Westview Court and Woodland Trail and the Colonial Estates deed has now been recorded and put into the Redevelopment Commission’s name.” Continue reading
Argos Town Superintendent Discusses Sewer Extension Project on Woodland Trail
Town Superintendent Jamie Lindstrom came before Argos Town Council members on Thursday to discuss a sewer extension project on Woodland Trail.
Clerk-Treasurer Lisa Mullaney explained that the project has been on the docket for a few years but since residents weren’t reporting any issues, they allowed them to remain hooked up to their own sewer line. Continue reading
