One person was arrested late Friday night after a traffic stop in the area of U.S. 30 and Union Road in Marshall County.

Numerous Items Reported Stolen in Marshall County Home Burglary
Marshall County Police are investigating a break-in at a lake house near Plymouth last week. Officers were called to the 15600 block of Cook Lake Trail Friday evening, following reports of a theft. Police believe numerous power tools, electronics, fishing items, and boating items were taken.
Police Looking for Hit-and-Run Driver
Marshall County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for a hit-and-run driver in a Wednesday evening crash.
According to police, 21-year-old Hope Fish, of Plymouth, was traveling south on State Road 17 around 6:30 p.m. and slowed to turn onto 12th Road near Lake LaTonka. A car following Fish failed to yield and ran into Fish’s vehicle on the rear driver’s side. Police say the vehicle then fled the scene.
