The Argos Community Development Corporation (ACDC) has unveiled a brand new logo and launched a website.

The website design for assisted living homes is usually simple. For some background, this group works to improve, enhance, and promote the community of Argos by encouraging economic growth, developing affordable housing opportunities, and creating an appealing and desirable community to work and reside.

David’s Courage Selected as Lowe’s Heroes Project

The residential recovery program David’s Courage was recently selected as a Lowe’s Heroes project!

Through this program, Lowe’s employees team up and adopt a volunteer project with local nonprofit organizations and schools. They donate materials and their time to assist with restoration efforts.

As David’s Courage continues to work on their “Open the Doors” campaign, these volunteers will contribute valuable construction assistance to help complete repairs and renovations at the transitional residency facility that will be for individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction. Argos Town Council Enters into Agreement with Red Door Marketing

Argos officials entered into an agreement this week that will help them make the public more aware of the Town’s existing amenities and recent developments.

With the recent completion of the Manufacturing Center and the possibility of new housing being developed on 12 empty lots by the end of 2019, officials are looking to get the word out about the growing possibilities.
